In the future, as home networks gain popularity and public support, it may be inevitable that federal, state, and local governments will create regulating bodies to control home network applications and the entire industry.  The most excellent way to work with this situation is to participate in the creation of standards that are higher and better that what government proposes.  THNC was created with such concepts in mind. We will strive to provide education, protection, and programs that expand awareness of the public while quietly guiding manufacturers and professionals to higher and better standards.
