In the future, it may be possible that organizations will expect home networks and network-compatible devices to be certified as having met various design parameters.  A certification process may be defined for each system and component.  Evidence of certification (online record at certification agency; on-site identifier sticker with system identification number attached to network device; etc.).  THNC may be involved with certification service in the years ahead.
