Access to Professional Equipment
This service will make professional quality, properly calibrated test equipment available for use by regular members. The TERS program will help members create high quality installations of data cable and wireless applications.
Program Qualifications
TERS will only be available to regular members who have passed the final exam for one or more prerequisite Educational Presentations or have given proof of previous professional experience. Members will schedule the use of such equipment to coincide with anticipated completion dates. This service will allow members to rent expensive equipment needed to test installations of twisted pair, coaxial, fiber optic cable, or signal transmission and propagation.
A Comprehensive Program
Every aspect of the use of such equipment will be covered in this program. Our goal is to teach you how to use the necessary equipment. Then we’ll go through all of the details associated with the program. We will cover insurance options; unpacking and repacking using the specially designed shipping containers; and support procedures to help ensure satisfactory use of the equipment. Our goal will be to help members complete their installation projects in the least amount of time and with the highest levels of data performance.
