In the future, home networks may provide a range of standard services recognized by a certified home network system may qualify for a series of benefits such as tax deductions and real estate classifications.  After a network has been altered or upon change of ownership of the home, re-certification  of the home network may be required by various laws. Technicians would perform a series of tests on the system in the home.
