Today, uninterruptible power supplies (UPSs) may be bought online and almost anywhere that computers, home networks, and electrical appliances are sold.  Manufacturers have educational websites to explain UPS capabilities and limitations.  Many stores that sell them, however, cannot help customers with more information that what is found on UPS packaging.

In the future, specialty UPS capabilities may become available from even more stores and websites.  There may be ever increasing opportunities for THNC to offer education about which UPSs are best for each application.  Sales of UPS products may be enhanced with specialized products, consulting services, instructions for the installation of multiple units, and extended-service designs and configurations.
